Married individuals are not allowed to register. 2.3 Users must provide accurate personal details during registration. Fake profiles, misleading information, or impersonation will result in account suspension. 2.4 FastMatch Matrimony reserves the right to verify user details through email, phone, or ID verification. <hr data-start="1364" data-end="1367"> <h2 data-start="1369" data-end="1422">3. Account Registration & Profile Management</h2> 3.1 To access our services, users must create an account by providing valid details such as name, contact information, religion, caste, and marital status. 3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. 3.3 You may edit/update your profile details at any time, but frequent profile modifications may require additional verification. 3.4 FastMatch Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or delete profiles that violate our guidelines. <hr data-start="1987" data-end="1990"> <h2 data-start="1992" data-end="2024">4. Membership & Payment</h2> 4.1 Free Membership: Users can create a profile and browse matches for free. 4.2 Premium Membership: Paid users gain access to additional features, including messaging and viewing contact details. 4.3 Payment Methods: We accept online payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments. 4.4 Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable except in cases of: <ul data-start="2437" data-end="2574"> <li data-start="2437" data-end="2467">Duplicate transactions</li> <li data-start="2468" data-end="2521">Technical errors leading to incorrect charges</li> <li data-start="2522" data-end="2574">Service issues caused by FastMatch Matrimony</li> </ul> Refer to our Refund Policy for more details. <hr data-start="2628" data-end="2631"> <h2 data-start="2633" data-end="2675">5. Matchmaking & User Interaction</h2> 5.1 FastMatch Matrimony does not guarantee a successful match or marriage. 5.2 Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity of other profiles before proceeding with communication or meetings. 5.3 Users must communicate respectfully with other members. Harassment, offensive language, or threats will result in an immediate account ban. 5.4 FastMatch Matrimony is not responsible for the behavior, conduct, or actions of any user outside our platform. <hr data-start="3165" data-end="3168"> <h2 data-start="3170" data-end="3207">6. Privacy & Data Protection</h2> 6.1 We collect and store user information as per our Privacy Policy. 6.2 Personal details such as name, email, and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties without consent. 6.3 Users can manage their privacy settings to hide their contact details from specific users. 6.4 We employ security measures to protect user data, but we are not liable for data breaches caused by cyberattacks. <hr data-start="3631" data-end="3634"> <h2 data-start="3636" data-end="3669">7.
